6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt.

  • All returns require pre-approval. Contact sales@poszeo.com with your order number and reason.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Refunds are issued after inspection and may exclude original shipping and restocking fees (usually 10–20%).

  • Custom-configured or special-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Warranty Terms

  • Poszeo hardware products come with a standard 12-month limited warranty, covering manufacturer defects only.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, liquid exposure, physical damage, or operating in unsuitable environments.

  • Software and firmware are licensed “as is” and not covered under the hardware warranty.

  • Extended warranties or service contracts may be offered separately.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Poszeo Tech LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
